Safety at Garlock

Injury Prevention is the highest value we hold as an organization. Nothing we do is as important as you. We provide safety training for all employees immediately upon hire during our orientation program. We also provide continuing education each month to enhance employees focus and skill-set in preventing injuries.

Choosing safe behavior starts with establishing safe thinking then safe actions. Injury prevention is a moment by moment decision for each employee and we hold ourselves accountable to each other because people are the most valuable asset at Garlock.
